CNC Turning

Multi-axis turning across a range of diameters and materials using late-model Doosan and Hyundai WIA machines, including live tooling, Y-axis, and sub-spindle work for complete parts in one setup.

Live Tooling

Mill features directly on the lathe, reducing setups and improving part accuracy. Eliminates secondary operations for cross-holes, flats, slots, and milled profiles.

Y-Axis Milling

Off-center features, slots, and complex geometries machined in a single chucking. No secondary VMC setup required for most off-axis features.

Sub-Spindle

Complete parts in one cycle with backwork handled on the same machine. Both ends machined without a second chucking — better concentricity, faster throughput.

Vertical Machining

3-axis VMC work for prismatic parts, plates, and fixtures — including rotary table setups for indexed 4th-axis features. Ideal for parts that don't lend themselves to a lathe.

MIG Welding

Welding before or after machining as part of a complete, ready-to-use part. We can machine a weldment and deliver a finished assembly.

Assembly

Full assembly of machined and welded components to your spec. You get a finished part, not a bag of components.

Plating, anodizing, powder coat, heat treat via our network of vetted partners. All managed by U-Tek — one PO, one point of contact.
